At 2:46pm on Saturday March 5, 2011, Anna Belle Bacot was born at Texas Woman's Hospital. Those in attendance were very surprised to find that she weighed a slim 5 lbs 7 ounces (and was 18 inches long). In keeping with the hospital's protocol for babies born under a certain weight, Anna Belle had to spend 6 hours in the NICU to be monitored. She is passing all their tests with flying colors so we expect her to be released very shortly. Mom did wonderful as always and is also in good health. We look forward to everyone getting to meet our newest member of the family in the near future. We have been truly blessed. Congratulations to ya'll! We are very happy for you, and are excited about Anna Belle, the newest addition to your family (and ours). We give thanks to the Lord for the health of Anna Belle and Michelle, thanks for the care received at TWH, and thanks for the blessings of days to come with Anna Belle in our lives.
